NEW YORK SERVICE UPDATE

Air Tahiti Nui, is proud to announce that it will begin the first-ever non-stop service between New York (JFK Airport) and Papeete, Tahiti's capital and inter-island transportation hub, in July 2005, a few weeks after Air Tahiti Nui receives its fifth A-340-300, "Nuku Hiva".

This will also mark the first-ever scheduled, non-stop flight from the U.S. East Coast to the South Pacific, by any airline.

The 3 times weekly schedule flights on Thursday, Saturdays and Mondays.

Additionally, Air Tahiti Nui plans to begin online service next year between Papeete and Sydney, Australia twice per week. Early flights will depart Tahiti on Fridays and Sundays with a flight time of approximately 7 hours.
